Re: CD Howe Institute Study Calling for Privatization and Deregulation of Canada Post.

I am enclosing, as I promised in my letter dated February 21, 2007 a translation of the CD Howe Institute study called Rerouting the Mail: Why Canada Post is due for Reform.

As you know from my letter, the union is very eager to obtain the Liberal Party's position on privatization and deregulation so that we can provide CUPW members with all the facts come an election.
