Dear Ms. Howell:

I read your opinion piece in The Hill Times with interest and was pleased with your apparent openness to discussing our concerns. We are keenly interested in knowing more about the Canadian International Mail Association (CIMA), the international mail industry and your membership.

We would very much like to meet with you. Please let us know if you are available to meet. I can be reached by phone at 613-236-7238 or mail at 377 Bank Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1Y3.

In closing, I would like to point out that it would have been difficult for us to talk to any of your members before now as we have no idea what organizations or businesses belong to the CIMA. As a result, in addition to a meeting, we would also like to request a list of your members.

Yours truly,

Deborah Bourque
National President
